  1. before

  2. Before to remove anything that can keep the solution from contacting the teeth. Be very careful when you brush so you don’t scratch your gums and have the solution make your mouth uncomfortable.

  3. Follow the directions on the whitening product.

  4. it depends on the whitening product when u bleach it opens your dental tubles which are like the pores of your teeth and thats why they are sensitive afterwards however toothpaste has fluoride in it which closes these tubles subsiding sensitivity also stopping the bleaching so follow your instructions brushing before wont scratch your gums however the bleaching will burn them if it gets on there so make sure to wipe off any excess

  5. before, and make sure you also floss to remove any bacteria, and after you take the trays out to remove any excess gel.

  6. I’m a dental assistant. Brush AND floss before, and after whitening treatment for best results.

  7. The way I do it, is I brush my teeth before (To get rid of food in my teeth) and out the bleach on, then after I take the trays out, brush them again (So I don’t have all that bleach still in my mouth, because it isn’t the best tasting stuff in the world. lol). Hope I helped.
